THD-1690 Connectivity Outputs
One of the main advantages of Nextwave THD-1690 that it covers all TV connections. Old analog TVs with only SD quality will have just SCART/RCA input connector and can be connected using a simple 3 cord RCA cable (one for video and 2 for audio signal).
Some TVs will have a component input. This situation is also covered; YPbPr + Audio R and Audio L output will be used. This connection is for both SD and HD sets:
- SD -(CVBS, YPbPr [720x576i])
- High Definition – YPbPr (RCA), HDMI (HDCP compliant) 1920x1080i, 1280x720p, 720x576p
For new TV models a HDMI connection is present so all situations are covered.
It is also important to note that this STB can be set on both 4:3 and 16:9 Aspect Ratio. You will enjoy full screen image no matter what TV set you will use.
