These terms apply to use of the Picture Perfect website. By using the website, you agree to use it lawfully and in a way that does not interfere with its operation or another person’s use.

Website information and quotations

Website content provides general information about our services. It is not a quotation, technical specification or guarantee that a particular product or installation method will be suitable for a property. Recommendations, availability, timing and pricing are confirmed after we assess the information relevant to the work.

A service agreement is formed only when the applicable scope, price and other terms are accepted. If website information conflicts with an issued quotation or written service agreement, the issued document takes precedence.

Accuracy and availability

We aim to keep information accurate and current, but product specifications, service availability, operating hours and third-party information can change. The website may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Intellectual property

Website text, layout, branding, graphics and original project photographs are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Picture Perfect® is a registered trade mark. Content may not be reproduced, adapted or used commercially without permission, except as permitted by law.

Project examples and third-party products

Project examples illustrate completed work but do not guarantee that an identical result is possible at another property. Product names and trade marks belong to their respective owners. References to third-party products do not imply ownership of those brands.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
